 Celebrate your little one's first birthday with a cake smash photoshoot! Brilliant fun, messy play and a fantastic way to commemorate your baby’s first year!

With a variety of backdrops and themes to choose from and everything including the cake provided, all you need to do is come along and have fun.

Cake smash photoshoots include family photos first, a birthday portrait, then the cake smash and a splash in the bubble bath to finish.

A photoshoot to celebrate your baby’s first birthday - with cake, messy play and a splash in the bath with bubbles too.

You’re welcome to use one of our outfits, the decorations and cake are provided and we even have towels for afterwards - all you need to do is choose a backdrop and bring the birthday baby!

Family, siblings and dogs are very welcome for a family photo at the beginning and siblings can join in at the end of the smash and splash sections if they would like.

£75 Session Fee

Choose your digital images and prints at your viewing session.

£150 to include 5 digital images

then £25 per individual image or

£425 for all digital images

£45 discount off a full family shoot within 12 months

When is best to book?

I recommend booking a cake smash shoot for a couple of weeks before baby’s first birthday so you can enjoy sharing the photos on their special day. Get your date in the diary as soon as you can to ensure availability, the diary is open 12 months in advance.

How long will it take?

The full shoot will take around an hour.

What do I wear?

For family photos plain colours tend to work well, I recommend picking a colour or material and running it through your family outfit choices so they all tie in together. For baby, you’re welcome to bring an outfit(s) however I do have a range of vests, braces, tutus and bow ties to choose from.

Can parents and children join in?

Yes! Parents and the baby’s siblings are very welcome to get a family photo first, the studio is also dog friendly if you would like to include your furry members of the family too. Siblings are welcome to join in at the end of the smash and splash sections.

What do I need to pay and when?

There is a non refundable session fee required when booking. You don’t pay anything else until you’ve seen the photos!

What happens next?

Following your shoot, we will book a viewing session, this can be back at the studio or arranged online over Zoom. You can enjoy a slideshow of your best photos, professionally edited and ready to download that same day.

Choose your digital images then add prints and framed artwork too. I can guide you through this and there is absolutely no hard sell.
