Family photoshoot
Family photos are such an important keepsake to share with children, family and to treasure in the future. Capture your family as it changes and grows over the years.
Many families visit me once a year after coming for newborn and birthday photos, bringing Grandparents, pets, and introducing new hobbies that the children are enjoying.
The studio is well equipped with props for photos, wooden toys, seating, and can welcome extended family members and larger family groups. We can explore outdoors locally or I can come to you at home. If you have a location in mind that’s further away, pop me a message before booking to check timings.

When is best to book?
Family photos can be taken any time, it’s lovely to see the same families returning year after year to capture how much the children have grown up. Equally as a one off treat, professional photos are a fantastic opportunity to get all the family in one photo, capturing family dynamics and children’s personalities, posed and unposed. My diary is open 12 months in advance so plenty of time to arrange Grandparents and work around clubs and birthday parties!
How long will it take?
The full shoot is up to 60 minutes in the studio, outdoors locally, or I can come to you. This is plenty of time for us to achieve a lovely gallery of varied photos.
What do we wear?
I would recommend plain clothing, choosing a colour or material to run through each of your outfits. Children are very welcome to have a couple of different outfits to wear for the full shoot.
What do I need to pay and when?
A £45 non refundable session fee is due when booking then nothing else is due till you’ve seen your photos. If you would prefer a location further afield, we may need to agree a package up front, please get in touch for more details.
What happens next?
Following your shoot, we will book a viewing session, this can be back at the studio or arranged online over Zoom. You can enjoy a slideshow of your best photos, professionally edited and ready to download that same day.
Choose your digital images then add prints and framed artwork too. I can guide you through this and there is absolutely no hard sell.
Payment can be made via cash, bacs, card or Klarna.
