Winter Blues to Spring Blooms
As we reach the end of January, I’m starting to see the first tiny signs of life in my garden, the daffs are on their way and it was lovely to see the first snowdrops at Anglesey Abbey last week. Being a family photographer in Ely, I can’t wait for these first signs that Spring isnt too far away! The days are getting a fraction longer, the frost is (hopefully!) starting to clear, and my mind is officially shifting out of post Christmas snuggles and into light airy florals.
January can feel like a long month, but February is just around the corner, and with it comes a fresh energy. If you’ve spent the winter huddled indoors, you might be looking at your walls and realising it’s been a while since you had a proper family photo where everyone (including Mum!) is actually in the frame. No im not talking selfies round the Christmas tree, they don’t count!!
